Beautiful and quiet location apartment on the lovely river de Berkel. You can walk from here into the old beautiful historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. From here you also have a phenomenal view of the many towers that Zutphen is rich. We will warmly and proudly welcome you in this wonderful place and can tell you a lot about the city and its surroundings. Zutphen has stolen our heart and hopefully we can transfer that to you. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Beautifully located in Wieden-Weerribben Nature Reserve, in the back of our large yard, a simple cottage (about 60 m2) where you have complete privacy. Noisy Riet, Peace and Space. Bird song, quacking frogs The visitor center “de Wieden” is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-waterliner! (from May to sept) Cottage is less suitable for family with baby or when you are with 2 couples.
