With its proximity to Cologne, Cologne-Bonn Airport, but still in the tranquil Bergisches Land, the property is quite central.

You can find mostly everything for example , restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket in the next neighborhood. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people).
