Guest house in condominium with leisure

I rent a guest house (annex) with independent entrance from the main house. It has a balcony, double bedroom (9.30m2), smart TV, prepaid sky (digital package), large bathroom, equipped kitchen. A few meters from the shallow beach/manguinhos, the condominium has a club with swimming pools, sauna and hole (Friday to Sunday), as well as sports courts and lake. Parking available at the front of main house. Bring your bed and bath linens for added hygiene, or if you prefer, we'll make ours available.

The place is in the center of Arraial do Cabo. The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years.
