At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

The perfect place to discover the landing beaches, the Swiss Normandy, the Pays d'Auge, Caen, Le Haras du Pin and the medieval town of Falaise.

It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. This apartment is tastefully furnished, you will feel good during your stay in Falaise. It has a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with storage for your belongings.

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.

Gite classé⭐️⭐️ Come and enjoy our recently renovated house in the heart of a mining town. A 5-minute walk away you will find: bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, kebab, florist, beautician, etc. It can accommodate 4 people with everything you need for a good, light stay. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the city centre. We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 separate beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. For breakfast, we offer bread made on the farm from cereals grown by us. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stopover.
