The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

The centre of Zevenaar offers cosy terraces and lovely shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house features a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and left of the driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

Het Koetshuis has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests. The spacious living room is ideal for spending time together.
