The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

The centre of Zevenaar offers cosy terraces and lovely shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and relaxing views. The house has a large open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging points for electric cars available.

We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.
