My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill!
