Apartment of 60 m 2 consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom, spacious living room with kitchen, hallway and balcony. The entire southern wall facing the sea is in glass, so the space has a lot of light and makes one space with a balcony. The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, which is located near the city center (5 minutes pleasant walk by the sea) and from the balcony has an open view of the sea and islands since the house is located in the first row by the sea.
