The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. Jednoduchý, skromný typ ubytování, nerekonstruovaný byt z 70. let minulého stoleti, pro nenáročné cestovatele. V docházkové vzdálenosti centrum, vlakové a autobusové nádraží. Byt se nachází v 1. patře bytového domu z 19. století. V koupelně je vana, v umyvadle v koupelně neteče teplá voda (trubka je ucpaná asi někde ve zdi a rekonstrukce by byla velmi složitá a drahá).
