Summer cottage Häggenäs

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A location close to the lake with a 2100 m2 plot and access to 2 different swimming areas. The property is shared with our other listing. The cottage was completed in November 2023 and has a master bedroom with a large double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed (90 cm top and 120 cm bottom), and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is modern and fresh with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and built-in fridge/freezer. Washing machine with drying function is available in the bathroom.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

The house has an open floor plan, 5 rooms spread over 100 m2, fireplace, exposed beams, country kitchen and 2 beds that are made when you arrive. Lovely forest plot with greenhouse, woodshed and generous patios. The railway runs next to the plot but there is no other traffic that disturbs. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Welcome to Kvarnbyn at Ormanäsgården! Imagine the aroma of your dinner as you sit down on the patio to enjoy the food and the view at the same time.  The cabins are insulated for holiday accommodation all year round.  Air conditioning where the farm's solar panels provide cooling in summer and heating in winter. Rainwater from the farm is purified for use, among other things, to flush the toilets.  Sheets and final cleaning are included. We are delighted to welcome you as a guest!
