Summer cottage Häggenäs

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A location close to the lake with a 2100 m2 plot and access to 2 different swimming areas. The property is shared with our other accommodation, which is also available for rent. The cottage was completed in November 2023 and has a master bedroom with a large double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed (90 cm top and 120 cm bottom), and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is modern and fresh with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and built-in fridge/freezer. Washing machine with drying function is available in the bathroom.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

The house has an open floor plan, 5 rooms spread over 100 m2, fireplace, exposed beams, country kitchen and 2 beds that are made when you arrive. Lovely forest plot with greenhouse, woodshed and generous patios. The railway runs next to the plot but there is no other traffic that disturbs. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-laminated timber and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as its closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water; in summer, by abundant vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Designed by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking in the shared driveway. The house is located about 50 meters from our own house. Therefore, happy children's voices can sometimes be heard nearby.

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. The castle's guest apartment is located one floor up, in the eastern wing of the castle, above the medieval covent vaults. It has views over the Rose Garden and the Courtyard. The apartment has three rooms for five to six guests. We can't promise all the conveniences of a modern standard. Instead, this is a cozy and absolutely unique retreat from everyday life.
