Here you live in a new house, the forest in the back and 12 km drive along Storsjön into the pulse of Östersund;) Just over the hour's trip to Åre as well as Bydalsfjällen! There are many cozy forest trails around the corner for lovely runs, cycling or walking! Taste the forest berries along the way is a must:) The house's kitchen is open to the living room, easy to hang many tsm, with doors facing a large terrace for hanging even outside:) For children there is outdoor trampoline&sand box

In Erikslund you live with proximity to nature and you have about 1 km to shopping center, about 2 km to the city center. The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.

Welcome to a house with large open living areas. Here you live within walking distance of both ski trails and illuminated trails, about 200m. Easy to get to the arena village where the ski stadium, Jämtkraft Arena and Östersund Arena are located, about 10 minutes by car. It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In the center of Torvalla, there is also the nearest grocery store Coop Torvalla.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with great views of Storsjön and the mountain world. The house was former vicarage but is converted into two flats. We temporarily rent out the larger, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer there are several cafes within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be supplemented if required.
