A beautiful mountain house of 110 square meters located a short walk from the ski slope and black boat iron. Here you have everything you could want with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social spaces and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and maintains high standard. In Klövsjö you can enjoy nice nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

Välkommen till denna nybyggda fjällstuga nära alpina skidbackar, längdspår och vandringsleder. Billaddare finns och Avresestädning ingår i priset. När det finns snö i terrängen är det möjligt att åka skidor till och från backen. Du hittar Storhogna spårcentral precis i närheten. Storhogna är välkänt för sina längdskidåkningsmöjligheter. Skoterleder finns också i området. Sommar, höst och vår, när skidbacken är stängd, finns storslagna naturupplevelser och mängder av aktiviteter i närheten.

In the basement floor there are two bedrooms(cool hot days) and sauna/relaxation. Access to bike, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, club games, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there are kicks, snowracer and mattress.

Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and next to the cottage there are 45km of prepared ski tracks. The cottage has everything you need for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
