Koppla av med familjen i denna charmiga stuga, belägen i ett lugnt och avskilt område med fantastisk utsikt och privat tomt. 100 meter till sjön med brygga och grillplats .är det en perfekt plats för avkoppling.året om. Finns en liten roddbåt med motor att tillgå vid förfrågan. Två kajaker tillgängliga. Åre ligger 1,5 timme bort och Vemdalen samt Bydalsfjällen . en timme, vilket ger tillgång till fantastiska utflyktsmål året om. Husdjur är välkomna! Hundgård finns att tillgå. Promenadväg nära!

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Cozy twin house situated 1.5 km from Åre Torg, on the lakeside with views of the mountains. Ski-transfer bus 100 meters from the house Cozy social areas. Large, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms, tv-room and bathroom with sauna upstairs. The house has 4 full-size bedrooms with space for up to 9 people in comfortable beds. Bed linen and towels included. Close to supermarket and bakery, walking distance to Åre Torg. 2 parking spots.

Litet hus på landet.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i Västerkälen utanför Krokom. Huset ligger ute på landet utan grannar, förutom boningshuset. Nära till fjällvärlden, fiske och bärplockning. Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor och fin bastu finns på gården, vi tar avgift för den som betalas i förskott. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.

Fräscht gästhus på gården med närhet till natur och sjö. 10 km till Östersund, 3,3 km till Birka Folkhögskola, 3,5 km till Eldrimner, 4 km till Torsta gymnasium, 90 km till Åre. Fridfullt naturområde där du kan ta en promenad. Uteplats med markis, grill och solstolar. Bil är bra att ha eftersom det är 3 km till närmaste buss. Parkering finns alldeles utanför huset, uttag för motorvärmare. Elbilsladdare finns mot extra avgift. Städning mot extra avgift.

Scenic small guesthouse on horse farm by the lake

A small perfect getaway in rural environment close to the city. The room shows an amazing view over Östersund city, Frösön and the lake. The appartment is newly built and fresh. Perfect for 1-2 persons staying for a while, or up to 4 persons if you just need somewhere to sleep. You will be surrounded by nature and animals. The cabin is situated in our garden. If you are in to horses we can offer tours with horse and carriage, or horseback riding.

Self-catering cottage in the mountains south of Åre and close to Vålådalen Nature Reserve. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee brewer. TV with satellite dish and digital receiver. Heating with heatpump and electric radiators. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Sauna in the joint facility. Two beds upstairs on the loft and two beds downstairs in a sofa bed. Porch to the south with beautiful views of the mountains.

Cozy attached cottage close to central Östersund, Ski arena and nature. Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.

Charmigt boende i Sveriges vackraste by

Idylliskt, lantligt boende i Klövsjö by. Lite snett och vint men oerhört charmigt. Huset är enkelt inrett men fullt utrustat. Lugnt läge med gångavstånd (cirka en kilometer) till livsmedelsbutik. I Klövsjö finns även restaurang, bageri och bygghandel. Cirka sex kilometer söder om byn finns skidanläggningen Katrina/Klövsjöfjäll med alpina nedfarter samt längdspår.
