In summer, there is a pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. BBQ area, parking, large green area and close to forest and land. Open space on ground floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast.
