A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Bränne Cabin

Bränne Cabin is a cottage with 4+1 beds, wood-burning stove and beautiful location by the lake. Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forest-clad headland, is a sanctuary for all those who want to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and good fishing for pike and perch. Record-sized trout have also been caught here! Winter usually offers northern lights or beautiful moonlight and then it is usually the lake that grabs the fishing enthusiasts' attention. In the spring, you get big trout and whitefish.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Fridfulla Stenrike nära havet o skogen!

Den här årstiden njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot en bergstopp med utsikt eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns bla livsmedels- butiker, apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Värdshus, 2nd hand o kuriosabutik! Ett badhus är också möjligt att besöka. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende, mitt i tallskog o lite havsutsikta!

On the site there is a private sandy beach for lovely swimming. There is also the possibility to borrow the sauna located right by the water. The cottage is modern and newly renovated. Only 10 minutes to Central Piteå. Close to shops and outdoors. No pets, smoking is not allowed. Relax and let your pulse go down on Solberga!

Cozy little house near Kågeälven.

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is barely 20 minutes drive from Skellefteå. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Mysig stuga byggd 2017 med fantastisk sjöutsikt, egen liten gård och parkering, lantligt belägen i byn Norra Bergfors, endast 200 m från sjön Varuträsket, 1 km från badplats och ca 15 km från Skellefteå. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Simple and comfortable accommodation.

Simple accommodation with everything on the same floor. Light a fire in the stove if you feel like it. Walking distance to grocery store and bus station, about 10 minutes. Walking distance to railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Car distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoors) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness centre in Svansele! Internet is available via fibre.

The house is located in a child-friendly residential area close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city centre. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa.
