Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Here you live close to nature with proximity to both forest and sea and it is only 250 meters to the swimming area. Shop is 10 minutes away by car. The house has all the amenities and has a tasteful decor. The sleeping loft has a nice spring mattress, 160 cm wide. Dining area for 4 persons and a high quality sofa bed which with a simple grip turns into a comfortable bed 160 cm wide.

We rent out our holiday home in idyllic Grundvik on southern Ljusterö when we are not there ourselves. 4 bedrooms/6 beds + guest cottages. Close to several nice swimming areas, two minutes walk to rock bathing with trampoline in Skutviken, five minutes walk to the beach with jetty, swimming school and ice cream kiosk. Close to nice forest walks with mushrooms and berries.
