Our summerhouse will offer you the coziness and tranquility. Outside there is a lovely terrace with the possibility to use the barbecue or enjoy the silence by lying on the sunbed. There are often squirrels and deer. On the property there is also a fire pit, which is very welcome to use. Inside, the cottage has been modernized in 2020 with both a new bathroom and kitchen. Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

Huset ligger solrikt og har stor have. Der er gasgrill, havemøbler, sandkasse, gyngestativ og div. legetøj og spil til rådighed. Sommerhuset indeholder et lyst køkken/alrum med spiseplads. Der er brændeovn (inklusiv brænde) og TV med Cromecast. Der er fiberbredbånd og Wi-Fi i huset.

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

The summerhouse is our getaway place when life goes strong, and we need to get into gear by cultivating the simple life with the most beautiful nature surrounding our cozy house. Here is space for cozy pursuits, food over bonfires, gathering by the forest and beach, swimming in the sea at the mouth of the fjord and hiking. Here we all love to be and find peace together and separately.
