The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include ceiling fans in the living room and in the kitchen, a portable air conditioning unit, infrared panel heating, as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi.

La Guardiola, Capo Perla

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Apartment in Villa I

The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
