Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.

The cottage is located in quiet summerhouse area - only 300 meters from the water in a scenic area with the possibility of good hikes. The plot is 1200m2, so there's plenty of room for charcoal bins, Viking games, or a game of badminton. When you step out of the driveway, you have a view of the water 300m down the road. Very kid friendly place!
