The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.
