Maximum 3 work colleagues There is not a television in the accommodation but there is wi-fi This detached accommodation is a converted farm building adjacent to a tradition farmhouse. We are in a small hamlet with direct access to a local footpath with scenic views. Lovely rural location but only 5 mins from the D524/D924 between Vire and Flers To help keep our guests safe we are following an enhanced cleaning routine.

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
