The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

The area offers many opportunities for relaxing walks, mushroom picking and excursions. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops in Örkelljunga, Våxtorp and Ängelholm, among others. Situated in a hilly and silent area in the village of Åsljunga on Hallandsåsen in Skåne, southSweden. Several swimming and fishing lakes within 3 km from the house and wonderful nature. Alpine skiing and Båstad resp. 25/45 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

The house is situated between the forest and the fields close to the animals of the forest, the birds' song and the total silence. The plot is a large natural plot and there are many bicycle paths in the area. By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.

Cozy cottage up on Hallandsåsen with a large natural plot and many opportunities for activities regardless of the season. The area offers nice walking and cycling trails and at nearby lakes there is the possibility of swimming and fishing. In summer, there is a large shared outdoor pool a couple of 100 meters away. This usually opens sometime in June. If you long for the sea, it is 35 km to Båstad, Mellbystrand or Ängelholm.
