At the foot of Trollheimen at 800 meters above sea level you will find a modern cabin of about 100 sqm. Underfloor heating in living room/kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Wood-burning stove for extra heating. Sauna connected to the bathroom. Cable TV and very good mobile network. Covered terrace and storage room with outdoor furniture, fire pan and barbecue. The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is arranged with the host – NOK 600 / NOK 800 for stays of 3 nights or more. Excellent hiking opportunities and prepared ski slopes right by the cabin. Private parking for the cabin. Snowshoeing outside the weekends for a fee

Cozy cabin Nerskogen

Charming, cozy and pleasant cottage located in the middle between Jøldalen and Nerskogen. A perfect starting point for outdoor activities, cycling, skiing, alpine skiing, hunting and fishing. Here you can enjoy the mountains and nature in peace and quiet, and good opportunities for relaxation and recreation in summer and winter. Miles of ski trails, dog sledding and ski center nearby. Large and family-friendly outdoor area with opportunities for play and fun. There is running water and electricity. Winter maintained road with parking right outside the cabin wall.

Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

Midgard

Great mountain cabin with electricity and water, with great views and a mountain lake 50 meters from the cabin. Parking by the cabin in the summer and where the road stops. Nice hiking opportunities to Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Omnfjellet and Ruten. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and a double bed on the loft, TV and WIFI. Rowboat can be borrowed if desired. Approx. 100 sqm porch/patios surround the property. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pillows. An annex with living room, bedroom, bathroom and sauna can be rented additionally.

Hasselvika holiday home - Laksen

Find peace and quiet at the old trading place Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, speedboat terminal and bus stop. Right nearby, the abandoned Hysnes Fort is idyllically located at the mouth of Trondheimsfjorden. Here you can walk on prepared hiking trails and enjoy a phenomenal view at the top! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Trollstuggu offers tranquility, a simple life and a perfect starting point for hiking and skiing, located in beautiful Vindøldalen, a ~600m walk on path up from parking. Located in the mountain side, the cabin offers panoramic view of the valley. Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
