Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small detached house with two rooms: on the ground floor there is the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and on the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. A quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

With this central accommodation with a lake view, your family will be close to everything. The flat is located 3 minutes from the station. The shortest route has a lot of steps, but there is also an alternative route without steps. I'd be happy to send you the videos with directions after you've made your booking. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute funicular ride away, and you can easily get to Lake Lugano, restaurants, shops such as Cartier, Rolex and Gucci, and supermarkets such as Manor, Coop and Migros.
