After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. Villa surrounded by greenery and typical Ligurian olive trees. Inside the small park there is a delightful pergola with a large, very spacious kitchen and a pleasant fireplace. The house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchenette. It can be accessed from 2 entrances with 3 parking spaces. WIFI coverage. Air conditioning on both floors. The sea is within a 5-minute walk. The accommodation tax is €2.50 per person over the age of 15.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
