The secure building also gives you access to a common area with a small gym. Features: - View of historic Market square - King Bed - In-suite laundry - Free wireless high-speed internet - New furniture - New appliances - 55 inch Flatscreen TV with Cable - Full kitchen - Hair dryer - Iron - Sunny Balcony Our priorities: - Fast check-in, we give you the keys, and answer any questions. We have checked in over 100 guests to our properties and pride ourselves on being reliable. - Cleanliness and comfort. Fresh sheets, bedding and towels for each guest. - We try to stock the apartment with the basics to make your stay more enjoyable: shampoo/conditioner, tea, coffee, cooking tools, laundry detergent, books, etc - Good communication! Contact us with any questions! We want to make your Victoria visit as comfortable as possible, and can accommodate your needs. Early check-in is usually available depending on the dates and sometimes late checkout as well. We have one King sized bed in the bedroom. If guests are arriving from the Victoria International airport or ferry, we offer a pick up/drop off, door to door service for $50 dollars one way. Regular taxi service costs $70 and shuttles cost $25 a person. If this is something that you are interested in please let us know and we can arrange your transportation. - Apartment -Common Area small gym The home is located in the Old Town area, the center of Victoria's rich history. Red brick heritage buildings line the roads and Chinatown is a block away. Restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs are near and the ocean is less than 10 minutes on foot. Public transit, bike lanes and taxi stands are all steps away. There is NO parking included with this condo. Parking is available but limited on the street, a private lot nearby and city parkades which are only a few blocks away.

Stunning Views and Modern Luxury Overlooking the Empress

Wake up to city views, then take a freshly-pressed coffee out to the balcony at this luxury condo in The Falls. Pull up a perspex chair for a relaxed meal under the glittering chandelier, then curl up on the leather corner sofa for a movie night. Business license: 00038254 This bright, modern 1 bedroom condo features a fireplace, full kitchen, separate tub and shower, his & her sinks and private patio with spectacular views overlooking the Empress and Parliament Buildings. Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby. Please note, we only give 1 bed per 2 guests. If 2 guests each require their own separate bed, an extra fee will be charged. We must be notified of additional guests not on the reservation, and a fee will be charged.
