The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. Welcome to this Berry farmhouse, former outbuilding of the Château de Valençay, with views of the Gâtines forest. You will find peace and quiet while being close to all amenities, the heart of Valençay and its castle, Beauval Zoo, the Loire Valley castles or the Brenne Country of a Thousand Ponds and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside.

Our cottage is an old 19th century barn. It consists of a single volume, with a mezzanine bedroom. Its decor seems a nod to the surrounding castles. We are located between Montrichard and Saint-Aignan , and you are about ten miles from Chenonceaux Castle and Beauval Zoo. (We do not provide bedding. Thank you for your understanding)
