Si affaccia su un meraviglioso giardino di cui gli ospiti godono in modo esclusivo. Vicino al Parco del Valentino, al Polo ospedaliero (Molinette, S.Anna, CTO) ed al Lingotto. Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.

The Magnolia Cottage

The magnolia house is a two-room apartment with a large outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a separate sleeping area. The apartment also offers the necessary comfort in summer thanks to the presence of mosquito nets and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with a French double bed) and 2 children/teenagers (on the sofa bed in the living room).

Re Umberto Suite is an elegant studio apartment in the heart of Turin. The studio harmoniously integrates all modern comforts (air conditioning, wifi with super fast fiber, etc.) with the atmosphere of the Turin aristocratic tradition. It will transport you into another era! Until 1700, Re Umberto Suite was the living room of a noble villa that over the centuries has turned into an elegant period condominium. New triple glazed windows have been fitted since May 2025!

The apartment is in a strategic location to fully enjoy the city. In the San Salvario district, a few meters from the Valentino Park, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes, the Porta Nuova station and you will find everything you need: bars, restaurants and the metro. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has maintained its original structure with the exposed bricks that make it cozy, unique and very quiet as it is located in an interior courtyard

Nice and spacious studio recently renovated. The semi-central area is strategic: the neighborhood is lively and suitable for families and in the vicinity you can easily find any service (local market, restaurants,bars, take away, supermarkets). The Racconigi METRO station is very close and a very convenient bus to reach the center in minutes passes at 50mt. There is also a mini kitchen equipped with coffee makers and basic necessities.

Welcome to Melograno, a cozy two-room apartment on the first floor of a house with only two apartments, within the historic center of Orbassano and a few meters from the main square, with many shops for basic necessities! Everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether short or long, is at your disposal. Bus stop 300 m away. Free and paid street parking (depending on the timetable) We look forward to seeing you! Large and bright accommodation, equipped with all comforts, on the ground floor of a private two-family building, free of architectural barriers, located 20 km from Turin. Highway access 6 km away, at the foot of the Val Sangone mountains and the Monte San Giorgio Natural Park; 1h15 by car from the ski slopes of the 2006 Turin Olympic area. We are a family of 4: Marina, Carlotta, Giorgio and myself, residing on the first floor.
