It is located in the beautiful, quiet, and relaxing village of Orahovac, between the towns of Kotor and Perast. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, freezer, and washing machine. It also has air conditioning in every room, TV (including Netflix), and Wi-Fi. There is a lovely terrace with a stunning view of Boka Bay. There is free parking in front of the premises.

The interior of the 120 square meter apartment consists of three rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and two bathrooms. The apartment is very bright and spacious, with a carefully designed layout that provides comfort and functionality. The exterior of the apartment features a beautiful large terrace that offers a captivating view of the bay and mountains. The terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings, and the surroundings are calm and pleasant.

The separate flat also includes a private terrace with a beautiful view, for which we guarantee that you will not find a better one in the bay. In addition to the terrace, the apartment contains two large bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. I love sharing my apartment with guests from all over the world. You can use anything that is in here but please take care of it as it’s your own. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Sweet apartment in small village 8km from Kotor and 5km from Perast will be a great place to station yourself if you want to travel around but also be able to enjoy beach which is 3 minutes walk from the building. Simply furnished but with everything you could need for a short or a longer stay. You can make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place with a sea view and far from city center summer crowd.

Boka Bay Beach House

This cosy beach house is located in a small village in Boka Bay. Every house has it’s own beachfront. There are two fisherman in the village where you can eat fresh fish, and 400m from the house is Bajova Kula beach, that has a restaurant and a bar. Nearest market is 2km from the house in Perast. If you want to have a real relaxing vacation this is the perfect place :)
