From our vacation home in Marina Den Oever you have a view of the water from every room. From our private jetty you can swim or canoe directly in the Ijsselmeer. The house is located on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The house has two large terraces with seating, sun loungers and barbecue: one at the front facing the marina and one at the back facing the Ijsselmeer. The one at the back has a whirlpool by the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and wellness! On the first floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of real leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. You can watch the passing boats from here. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third, slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have closets with ample storage space for personal belongings. An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a walk-in shower, as well as the private jetty with an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people.

The east side of Texel is an oasis of peace and space and a Valhalla for birdwatchers and nature lovers. A cycling route over the dike takes you along the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Your vacation home is a few kilometers by bike from the fishing port of Oudeschild and 1 kilometer from the picturesque Oosterend.

Then this fairy tale location, between the small village of De Waal and next to nature reserve "Waalenburg," in the middle of the island, is perfect for you, to explore Texel from here. The B&B, located on the first floor, offers a stunning view of the garden, the farmland and the polder. In the garden (4000 m²), there is an ecological swimming pond where you can start the day with a dive followed by our luxury breakfast.

Our real home right next to the Waddendijk will be available for rent from April 2019. The huge garden is surrounded by a ditch. On the other hand, there are the sheep. To the rear of the property are fruit trees. It is from there beautiful to stare at the birds in the adjacent nature reserve. At night it is dark outside the earth and at best a clear starry sky shines. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable and also very cosy. It accommodates 6 guests and it has 2 bathrooms.
