Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Self-service two-room apartment in the center of Joensuu. Cozy, sauna apartment in a house, glazed balcony for evening sun and central but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking space in the courtyard, plus 8h parking spaces on the street (8 am - 6 pm). NOTE: Self-service, which means you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A comfortable living area is highlighted by a dark gray sofa against a deep blue wall. A round black rug anchors a coffee table, while a dining table for two is positioned near a large window, adorned with natural light and a potted plant.

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and sauna is located close to the central hospital and the AMK campuses. Parking space. Check-in is effortless thanks to the key box. The beds in the two bedrooms are ready-made and the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for a third person. In the kitchen cabinets you will find coffee, tea, spices, etc. for our guests. In summer, you can enjoy coffee on your own terrace!

One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. Extra beds can be provided if needed. The kitchen is well equipped. You'll find a smart TV in the living room. Coffee, tea and final cleaning are included in the price!
