Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation. Here, you can get a good night's sleep in our apartment with underfloor heating one floor down. Private entrance. In a safe area with outdoor activities right around the corner, 15 minutes by bike to the city or 10 minutes by bus. MDU 3.7 km (2.3 miles). Full working kitchen. We, a family of 3 adults and 3 children, live in the house and are available if needed. Between midnight and 6:30 AM, we have the greatest possible silence. Free parking for one car is available in the driveway.

Welcome to our guest house. The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
