Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.
