Due to the location in the center of Munich, you can experience the Glockenbachviertel, the colorful hustle and bustle at the Viktualienmarkt, the Oktoberfest, as well as Marienplatz up close in just a few minutes on foot.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. The apartment is not only well-located (near Olympiapark; U2-Milbertshofen, U3-Petuelring; direct connection to the Oktoberfest) but also offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. 1 double bed (140x200), 2 single beds (90x200 and 80x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo. The kitchen includes a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is no stovetop or oven. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge.
