Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Small apartment on Biggesee

Our small apartment overlooking the Biggesee as well as private entrance, small kitchenette and separate toilet/shower promises relaxing days alone or for two. Whether relaxing by the lake or active holidays in the area, our surroundings offer a variety of possibilities: cycling and hiking trails, bike rental, passenger boating, mini golf, paintball, pedal boat rental, SUP/kayak rental, lake promenade, Attahöhle cave, etc. Various swimming spots are within minutes (walking distance).

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Enjoy relaxing days in our cosy house directly on Lake Henne. The house is idyllically located between Meschede and Eslohe and offers a great view due to its hillside location (access via a staircase). The surroundings offer highlights at any time of the year – from water sports and hiking in summer to skiing in Bödefeld or Winterberg in winter. ​Please note: as this is a private rental, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

In the stable – side by side with hen and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

The house is situated in an extremely quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, completely free from through traffic. It is fully equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay. Bed linen, towels, pillows, and blankets are included. The modern kitchen features an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.

The modern apartment in the top floor is very central and quiet. It has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a dining area, a sleeping area for 2 people, Rear sleeping area ceiling height 175 cm. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the eat-in kitchen. A private shower room. In the living/dining area there is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi can be provided. Ideal for 2 people

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Bigge Huus

Our vacation home is a completely renovated single-roof house. Our Bigge Huus is of high quality and invites you to relax in nature. The wonderful view can be enjoyed both through the large panoramic front and from the spacious terrace. The garden is an ideal play paradise for children and dogs!
