Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Appartamento circa 500 m dal mare, zona Lido.Un appartamento di 70 mq di nuovissima costruzione, composto da un open space con cucina attrezzata e sala dalla quale si accede,attraverso una vetrata,ad ampia veranda di 20mq.Bagno con doccia, camera da letto matrimoniale e cameretta doppia.Possibilità di aggiungere un ulteriore posto letto/culla. Natural relaxation

You can relax in this oasis of tranquility, surrounded by greenery away from traffic but close to the most beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia. The house is entirely surrounded by olive groves, orchards and vineyards. It is accessed via a paved road and only in the last 200m is the road unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3 km from the town of Olmedo, about 8 km from Alghero, and only 6 km from Fertilia airport.
