Cowboy terrace with chill sofa and space to sit in dry weather. View of the church, close to Landsbyhaven and neighbouring Ulbølle Aktivemødested with a nice playground, fire hut and pizza oven. Close to Ulbølle Brugs and the beach. Halfway between Svendborg and Faaborg. Denmark's most beautiful bike path to Svendborg starts just outside the cottage.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. There is a private brand new bathroom with a washing machine. There is access to a spacious and cozy terrace. Includes cleaning, bedding and linens, towels, dish towels and dishcloth.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Close to the Øhavsstien, which is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the beautiful South Funen archipelago.

The swimming area at Sknt Jorgens Lighthouse is within a 15 minute walk. The house is located only 8 min by bicycle and 5 min by car from the center of Svendborg. Supermarket within walking distance.
