Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

10 minutes by car in the center. Nonetheless, peace & nature. The apartment in the converted basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double -Small bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. The nearby north beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.
