Welcome to our peaceful retreat, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable stay. This home combines stone charm, modernity, and convenience. A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

Covered terrace for dining. Fresh non-smoking space in summer thanks to stone walls. People with allergies or hyper picky on cleanliness will prefer a new house. Private garden For getting around: Biking, you are 100 meters from the bike path. 3 nights minimum. No pets.
