Very well located, quick access by car to all places of interest in the region: La Rochelle, Iles de Ré, Aix and Oléron, Rochefort, Green Venice, Poitevin marsh, Royan and the wild coast. Bakery 100 meters away, soccer field, City stadium, skate park, playground in the village 5 minutes walk. Hypermarket and all shops 5 minutes by car (Surgères).
