So that you know the entrance and parking to the Casita are only through the alleyway not front St access ID Verification is required before arrival You must be 25 years old to rent. NO 3rd party booking. Sorry NO pets. The airport is conveniently close to Ocean Beach. Security Camera in alleyway. I briefly greet my guests.

Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

What’s best, is how close you are to so much, all without needing a car. A very small single car garage is provided, think compact car. Street parking is free but challenging at times. Lovely spacious upstairs studio with private entry

You’ll love our place as its spacious, quiet, private, comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have big relaxing patio chairs on our large balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. We are centrally located to most all of San Diego's attractions and close to freeways. The famous Gaslamp, Zoo, downtown and beaches are all within 13 to 20 minute drive. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, coffee and an assortment of teas.

Mission Hills Charming suite, walkable to all.

Heart of Mission Hills, upscale area, this private guest suite, separate from the house, is perched above the pool (separate building from main house), own entrance; sure to provide privacy. We are minutes from airport, walking distance to coffee & restaurants and central to all of SD. Please note this property is wiped down after each visit with Clorox as well as all linens washed. We also don’t rent back to back giving time for thorough cleaning.
