Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

Super clean & private studio retreat.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. Brand new bathrooms! In this updated space you will enjoy a spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the private level of a hillside home. A separate entrance, private deck, sunset views await. Private single level guest apartment (1,500 sq ft.) at the bottom of our family home. Bottom level overlooks a hill with unparalleled views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Old Town, etc. and includes a private deck. Guests access home via set of 12 stairs next to garage. Well lit staircase with sturdy railing.

*We are Covid-19 aware! We have taken extra precautions--sanitizing all surfaces possible, including remote controls, door handles, light switches, etc... after each visit! And we open all the windows to aerate before the next guests! One bedroom granny flat, separate entrance with off street parking for midsize car or smaller. Three blocks to the beach. Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

Walking distance to Old Town and a freeway access ramp less than a minute away takes you to the airport, beaches, Gaslamp, Convention Center, UCSD, LaJolla Cove, LEGOland, SeaWorld and so much more. The casita is comfortable for two or a small family, with full kitchen capacity to prepare at-home meals. Our weather here is temperate, but if the weather gets hot, we have a silent mini-split A/C unit to cool the casita as needed.
