Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy access, public transportation takes you to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.
