It is located in the very center of Kutina, in a private house with a courtyard and free parking with lots of greenery.The property has three bedrooms (jacuzzi for five people and Finnish sauna for an additional fee upon prior arrangement with the host), living room with dining area, TV, sofa bed, two air conditioners, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, two bathrooms with washing machine, terrace.

Stevin ranch is located 2 km away from the border crossing to the European Union, close to Kozara mountain and Mrakovica national park (20 km), Mostanica monastery (6 km) and Mljecanica spa (18 km). What sets us apart from the others, what makes us unique and famous in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina is our fallow deer farm. We currently have about 50 heads. In addition to them, on our property guests can socialize with European deer, pony horses and Cameroonian dwarf goats.
