Older houses that are rural with walking distance to sea and mountains Large porch where you can enjoy the view and the sun throughout the day. Quiet area in a dead end. Lots of wildlife. There's also a goat feather in the neighborhood. It's really a plus if you have kids on vacation. 3km to grocery store. There are several bicycles that can be used freely. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill on the porch. Little artificial light, which makes the space excellent for stargazing and northern lights on fall/winter. A short walk to the mountains and the sea.

In the old fishing village of Nyksund, there is the opportunity to go bird safaris, fishing trips by boat. Nature awaits!

When you leave Myre and drive the last mile on a gravel road that winds out around steep mountains on one side and the wild sea on the other, you realize the place you're going to is out of the ordinary. House by the sea, Gisløy

Bring friends or the whole family to this beautiful and charming place. Here you will find a great swimming beach just below the house. It is 3-400 meters to another beach with playground equipment, volleyball court etc. There are great hiking opportunities on the island to Skaga lighthouse or to the many beaches on the island. It is 15 min. to drive to Stø with Hvalsafari, 15 min. to Myre where you will find a good selection of shops (sports , clothing stores, liquor store, 4 grocery st.etc.).

This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin is the perfect spot to retreat after spending the day exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten. The cabin is by itself, and yet only 20 km from the city centre. 3 km to lovely beach. The large terrace with outdoor fireplace extends the living area in both summer and winter. Low light pollution in the area provides great opportunities for seeing Northern Lights! Barbecue hut and hot tub are free to use. Ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends.

In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

Really good opportunities for nature walking, fishing and so on, or if you just want to enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting by the sea a few meters from the house. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom in the first floor. TV-room, toilet and room with washmachine/ dryer in the basement. Wifi installed. We have a kayak, bicycle and a small boat with oars that can be used by the house's guests.
