New and well-equipped cottage with beautiful sea and mountain views! The cabin is located close to the sea, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to night🌞 Good opportunities for hiking nearby, or try your luck at fishing. This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Cozy and well equipped apartment in beautiful nature. 5 min by car from Svolvær center, but still in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Great mountain hikes straight from the yard, beautiful bathing water nearby and nice safe bike paths in the area. Possibility of 5 beds (2 + 1 and 2): - Bedroom: 140cm bed with the possibility of extra bed. - Living room: 120cm closet bed Hallway with underfloor heating, shoe dryer and drying cabinet. !
