Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, as well as a nice living room with two social areas with fireplace, sofa and TV. The cottage is located by a quiet lake with forest on the doorstep and you can find berries in the fields when they are in season. You can also enjoy the wood-fired sauna by the lake and take a refreshing dip in the lake. You'll even have access to a rowboat, so why not try your luck at fishing? Full working kitchen. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage has 4 beds and a small loft with an additional bed. On the property, there is a garden shed with 2 beds, which is also included in the rent.

There are two stoves, a nice sunroom, a nice kitchen with everything you need, a living room and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a large terrace, lawn, jetty, a smaller boat with electric motor and a nice place for swimming. There is one double bedroom, two beds in the loft and another two beds in the small newly-built cottage in the courtyard (without electricity).

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Här är det enkelt att trivas! Sängen är nybäddad med lakan när ni anländer och rena handdukar framlagda. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.
