Idyllic small house in the city center

You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. No through traffic, last house at the end of the street, residential area. On the same plot as the landlords' main building. Located 1.2 km from the city centre, with a children's playground 200 metres away. The nearest shop and McDonald's are 500 m away. Well equipped, including air conditioning, a charging station, Wi-Fi, 2 small single beds and one double queen-size bed in alcoves connected to the living room, a high chair, a potty, a travel cot and a plastic bathtub for children.

Welcome to the charming Kulmikki! 🧡 There are 39 squares in the corner. The apartment is located on the street level of an apartment building built in 2022 in the city centre. Private entrance directly from the courtyard. An air-source heat pump cools in the summer heat.☀️ You also have a parking space (in the courtyard). The sleeping area has a plush double bed and sleeps on a extendable couch (140cm). Please let me know if you need a sofa bed for a double booking. 🛏️ Check in at 4pm Check out 12pm

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
