The apartment, air-conditioned, is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion in a 7000m2 wooded park. Absolute calm is guaranteed. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access to the park and private heated pool is possible as well as outdoor amenities ( games , kitchen , barbecue , sunbeds ...). Bike rides are possible (see other information to note)

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.
