A cosy three-room apartment in a nostalgic wooden house. The apartment can accommodate 4 people: one bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, a dining table, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a straightener and towels. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a TV with the Elisa Elamus package. The house is located just 100 metres from the bus stop and the Tareke restaurant, and 2 kilometres from the centre of Kose, which is accessible via a convenient cycle and pedestrian path.

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
