The Little House

House is 15 km southwest of the city of Graz. It is 5 km to the A2 and 10 minutes to the A 9 (where you can drive towards Slovenia/Croatia or towards Salzburg). The spacious house (130 m2) is characterized by a quiet hillside location with a terrace of about 80 m2, as well as a very nice view. The house is well situated for people passing through. But it is also extremely interesting for holidays. You can reach many places of Southern and Western Styria in a relatively short time .

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Our spacious apartment is located right in the center of Premstätten in an elevated panoramic position. It has a private garden and a large terrace! The second bedroom is available from the 3rd paying guest, the third bedroom again from the 4th guest.
